For twenty-two years I worked as a nurse, caring for people through some of the hardest and most meaningful moments of their lives. Every summer, my family drove to Grace & Theo, and every time that salt air hit, something in me exhaled.
Eight years ago, a boutique came available here on the coast. My husband Theo looked at me across the kitchen table and did not say a word. He did not have to.
After years of caring for others, I think he knew I was ready to build something that cared for women in a different way.
I handed in my notice. We moved. And on a warm April morning, I opened the door of Grace & Theo for the very first time.
Now I am sixty-four, and it is time to close this chapter.
Not because something went wrong.
Because something went beautifully right.
This is my favourite sale. Every piece I ever chose was chosen with one woman in mind, the real one, not the one on the hanger.
Everything must go, at the lowest prices I have ever offered.
Find something that makes you stop. Trust that feeling. I built this place around exactly that moment.
With love,
Grace & Theo ❤️
